During my career, I pursued my Bachelor’s Degree part-time at Ryerson University (now Toronto Metropolitan University), graduating with a major in marketing and a minor in communications. Growing up with a family-owned, small business, it has become a passion of mine to help small businesses in any way possible, which is why I joined the Balance Accounting team.

I have over 20 years of experience in accounting, working with mid-sized corporations. During the pandemic, I shifted my focus to working with small businesses on their day-to-day accounting needs.

In my spare time, I enjoy reading, learning, lifting weights, and practicing Reiki and Shamanic Healing. Fun fact, I am Certified in Shamanic Healing and Reiki, and on the way to becoming a Reiki Master.

Jennifer was born in Saskatoon and moved to B.C. as a teenager. She has been working in bookkeeping since finishing school. At Balance, Jennifer supports clients across Canada and the U.S. A passionate baseball player and dedicated Toronto Blue Jays fan, she also enjoys camping and fishing. Jennifer is married and has a 24-year-old daughter.
