Balance Referral Program

We’re thrilled to announce the launch of our Fall 2024 Referral Program at Balance! Starting October 1, 2024, you can earn $600 for each new business you refer that signs up for our services.

Here's how it works:

​

• Simply introduce us to a potential client by sending an email to: referrals@balanceaccounting.com and copy the business you’re referring. 

• If they sign up with Balance within 90 days, you’ll receive $600 as a thank-you!

• There's no limit to how many businesses you can refer, so the more you refer, the more you can earn.

How to Submit a Referral:

​

To submit a referral, send an introductory email to referrals@balanceaccounting.com, copying the potential client on the email. 

Referral Qualification:

• Referrals must not be existing clients of Balance Accounting.

• Referrals must be businesses located in Canada or the USA.

• The referred business must sign up for Balance Accounting’s services within 90 days of the referral email being sent.

Referral Reward

​

For each qualified referral, you will receive $150 per month for four months - a total of $600. Payments will be made as follows:

• $150 once the referred client has signed up for Balance Accounting services and paid for their first month.

• $150 per month for the next three months, provided the referred business remains a client in good standing (i.e., with no outstanding payments and active use of Balance’s services).

Program Start Date and Eligibility

​

• The referral program begins on October 1, 2024. Only referrals made after the official launch will qualify for the reward. Referrals made before this time are not eligible.

• This referral program is open to individuals and businesses who are not employees or contractors of Balance Accounting.

• The referred business must be located in Canada or the USA.

Referral Limit

​

There is no limit to how many businesses you can refer. You will receive the referral reward for each business that qualifies, with no cap on earnings.

 

Payment Terms

​

• Rewards will be issued via electronic funds transfer.

• Payments will begin once the referred client has signed up for Balance Accounting services and paid for their first month.

Program Changes and Termination

​

Balance Accounting reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice. In the event of any program changes, existing referrals that are in process and have met the terms will still be honoured.

 

Fraud Prevention

 

Fraudulent or deceptive referral activities, including but not limited to spamming, impersonation, or creating fake accounts, are strictly prohibited. Participants engaging in such activities will be disqualified from the referral program. 

 

Non-Exclusivity 

 

Participation in the Referral Program does not grant participants exclusivity or any rights to represent Balance Accounting in any official capacity. Participants are independent contractors and not employees or agents of Balance Accounting.
