How can I access my documents (tax returns, account statements, etc.)?
Our team will set-up a shared drive for you to upload any documents we have requested, as well as allow you to access any final documents (e.g., final return filings) generated by us.
What kind of accounting software do you use?
We use modern cloud-based accounting software, which allows you to access your financial information anytime, anywhere.
Can you help with backlogged accounting issues?
Absolutely. If you’re behind on your books or taxes, our team will help you catch up and stay on track moving forward.

I have more than one company with Balance Accounting, can I see both on my APP?
Yes! As long as you use the same email address for every company, you will be able to toggle between then from the Main Menu section using the drop down arrow beside the company name.
